John was born on July 13, 1928 and passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017.

John was a resident of Boise, Idaho at the time of passing.

graduated from Pocatello High School in 1946. Following graduation, he attended Idaho State University for two years where he studied Accounting.

John entered the US Army and after a short time completed his military service in the Army Reverves.

John was married to Betty Lou Butler.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, March 31, 2017 in the Bitteroot Ward LDS Chapel, located at 1111 S. Cole Rd., Boise. The family will greet friends on Friday afternoon from 12:00 Noon ' 12:45 PM at the church prior to the services. Graveside services will be held in the Sugar City Cemetery, Sugar City, Idaho.
