Billie was born on January 18, 1935 and passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017.

Billie was a resident of Boise, Idaho at the time of passing.

Following high school, Billie attended and received a diploma from the American Floral Art School in Chicago Illinois, accompanied by her mother Rose.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10th Avenue South, Nampa, Idaho 83651. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 11:00 am at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel. Interment to follow at Kohlerlawn Cemetery, 76 6th Street North, Nampa, Idaho In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Billie's name may be made to the Boise High School Band Uniforms fund, online at: http://boiseschoolsfoundation.com/support/memorial-donations/ Or by mail: Boise Schools Foundation, 8169 W. Victory Rd., Boise, ID 83709 The family would like to thank the dedicated care and kindness from the nursing staff and physicians on the seventh floor at St. Lukes Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho.

I'm truly sorry to hear of the loss of your family member. It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family, friends, and prayer will carry you through.
My family and I lived at Dry Lake and my husband at the time was employed by Allen Noble Farms for many years. Best wishes and condolences to you all.

We are so sorry to hear of Billie's passing. She was one of the kindest women we have ever known. I will miss sending her Christmas cards as I know this was her favorite time of the year.
